UAA volleyball team beat the Odbojkarski Klub twice to improve their standing 4-0. Senior Julia Mackey had 30 kills to help UAA win their exhibition game Thursday and Friday in Slovenia. On Thursday, Mackey had 17 kills to help her team win over Odbojkarski Klub 25-23, 25-23, 22-25, 26-24. Seniors Caitlin Hanson contributed 11 kills while Katelynn Zanders had 10 kills. Morgan Hooe had 7 aces and freshman Alex Garrett had 6 blocks.
On Friday, against the same team they were trailing 2-1 but were able to snatch the win 22-25, 25-19, 17-25, 25-15, 25-21 with the help of Mackey's 13 kills. Hanson and Zanders had 12 kills each.
