Florida State University Sand Volleyball Team Wins Two Consecutive Duals

Mt. Pleasant, SC - Florida State Seminoles Sand volleyball team, ranked 4th earned its 8th and 9th consecutive dual match wins on Sunday morning at the CofC Sand Classic hosted by the College of Charleston at the sand courts at Creekside.

The Seminoles Sands volleyball team defeated 8th ranked Georgia State 4-1 in their first match. Then was also victorious against host College of Charleston, 5-0 later in the day.

FSU head coach Danalee Corso said: “The East is picking up its level of play and we were definitely challenged this weekend.”

“This is good. We like to be challenged. We still have a lot we can improve on and we are going to continue to press on and keep working hard.”
