Volleyball Quick Feet Ladder Drills using Kinetic Bands



Volleyball players needs to develop a strong and powerful legs, so that the athlete can react and change direction quickly on the court to be successful.

Agility ladder (KB Quick Step Agility Ladder) can help promote power, balance, agility and quick footwork all in the same workout. You can add resistance with the Myosource Kinetic Bands while doing the ladder drills to maximize the results.

It is also suggested to perform ladders drills in all directions, forward, backwards, sidewards, to work on improving your multi-directional movement.
