About 1,200 teams are competing in the USA Volleyball Girls’ Junior National Championships in Dallas this year and it is the biggest number in the event’s history. Dallas is hosting the tournament for the first time since 2008.
The competition is for aged 11 through 18 and will run through Friday at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center.
